Angelina Jolie was the celebrity vehicle for some amazing jewels on Oscar night 2012. I know that her leg got all the attention, but really, I couldn’t focus on anything but the sparkle.

The earrings were pretty amazing, with round brilliant diamonds set into 8 prong settings, with cushion cut diamonds dangling immediately below, 20 carats total weight.

Speaking of cushion shape diamonds…here’s a close up of the spectacular 15 carat ring Angelina Jolie was wearing that night. Although it is huge, the simple bezel setting makes it very elegant.
